HONOLULU (KHON2) – The State Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (DLIR) announced on Wednesday that it will reopen its statewide offices from December 1.

The expansion of in-person services is the result of declining COVID-19 cases and increasing vaccination rates in Hawaii. Those visiting the office will be required to show proof of vaccination or complete testing prior to entry, in accordance with Executive Order of Governor David Ige. Masks will also be compulsory.
