News week announced today the 2021 Most Loved Workplaces, ranking of the top 100 companies as part of a collaboration with the Best Practice Institute (BPI), a leading research and leadership development company. The results were determined after interviewing over 800,000 employees of companies with workforce sizes ranging from 50 to over 10,000. The list honors companies that place respect, caring and appreciation in their employees central to their business model and in doing so have earned the loyalty and respect of the people who work for them.

The top 10 companies on the list of the most popular workplaces are:

Chandler-based Microchip Technology was the top-ranked company in Arizona, ranking 11th.

Five key areas were measured to assess employee sentiment: the level of collaboration within the company; how positive workers are about their future in the company; the extent to which the employer’s values ​​correspond to the values ​​of the employees; respect at all levels; and professional success.
