RADNOR, Pennsylvania, March 14, 2022 – Lincoln Financial Group today announced that as part of its commitment to improving the customer experience, policyholders with the company’s long-term care planning solutions will soon have access to enhanced digital capabilities, including a feature that will allow them to track the status of their claim online. These features are the result of an expanded partnership with LTCG, a leading independent third-party administrator. LTCG will handle administration and claims management for Lincoln Financial’s long-term care riders beginning in the first quarter of 2022.
Through this partnership, LTCG will provide administrative services, including claims processing and care management for long-term care solutions. This is the latest in a series of improvements to Lincoln’s end-to-end customer experience – other recent examples include the expanding its automated underwriting technology and launching a case tracking tool for advisors.
