AIICO Insurance customers holding the company’s annuity policy have expressed their satisfaction with the excellent and satisfactory services rendered, passing a vote of confidence in the company during Customer Service Week 2022.
This year’s ‘Celebrating Service’ themed event featured key activities including visiting customers (seniors) to appreciate them and give them gifts. Customers without an appointment also participated in the various activities and received gifts to take away.
In his newsletter to customers, CEO/CEO Babatunde Fajemirokun said, “This occasion gives us the opportunity to amplify our gratitude to you for your valued relationship with us. You are the only reason we are in business and we are getting better at what we do. Traveling through life with you gives us the most pleasure.

In a recent interview, some of AIICO’s annuity clients shared their experiences.
Joseph Igebulem, an annuitant, gave the company a passing grade of 99%, noting that the underwriting center met and exceeded its expectations.
